Only gonna stick to whatever my trainer has me doing.
    S&C + boxing 3 times a week.

I should drop a good 15 lbs. in two months no?
Just do it properly, the weight loss. Going in to a bout or even just sparring weight drained can hurt you. Be careful with it........Rockin'

Oh no I’m not training to compete.

This is for my own personal weight loss goal plus I want to learn how to box, big fan of the sport. I would like to be able to have a fun spar with people, but not compete.

I’m gonna eat in a deficit, low carbs and focus on cardio and boxing these next couple months.

Your ass will drag and your mind will get lost at times, train of thought/concentration will just disappear. Like I said, be smart about it. If you jump rope for 15 minutes per day or run a mile or two, that would help you a bit. Good luck..........Rockin'

Buy a Taulor made suit as expensive as you can

Get old and make sure you can wear that suit

You’ll be happy you did. The suit will make you see what your weight and composition are!

Never served in any of the armed forces. Most my family has, especially the marines.

I got a pic posted of my nephew who has seen combat in Iraq and Afghanistan.

I respect the arm forces, but never served!

Just roll with it. Eat right, work yourself hard and get some good sleep in there somewhere. The next thing you'll know is that you are at your goal. Good work, keep it going strong! ............Rockin'
