If you can't do it for three minutes than take off some weight until you can do it for three minutes.

I got an exercise for you. Get a couple of 2lb weights that you hold in your hand. Put your arms straight out in front of you and start turning fast tight circles. If you tire then just turn the circles in the other direction or put your arms out to the side and keep turning the circles. Your arms are to be out at shoulder height, do not drop them. Do that for three minutes.

Ahh so that’s how you build muscular endurance.
Question, does those types of workouts give your muscles a certain look as well?
Say cut vs ripped vs swoll, etc.

Reason I ask is cause prior to, all I’ve ever know how to work out is like a bodybuilder routine i guess

        I see.

I’m actually needing to cut about a good 20-25 lbs.
I want to drop to the 155-160 range. Sitting at 180 right now.

It’s still okay to do some moderate weight lifting twice a week right?

I would believe that it would be fine. 20lbs is a lot of weight to drop. You need carbs to train properly but carbs will add weight. Plain popcorn for you I guess. I really don't know what to tell you about what to eat while dropping that much weight. If you are not fighting than why not just train your a$$ off and eat sensibly. Don't forget about putting the miles in running, that will help you shred greatly. Will you be doing boxing training during your weight drop? ........Rockin'

Yes I’m doing boxing type of S&C and boxing itself 3x a week plus I do a full body weight workout with moderate/light weight 2x a week. I’ve dropped 5 lbs. in 3 weeks so far but if I eat good portion of carbs twice a day, I instantly gain the weight back.
Burning about 700-1,000 calories in my boxing training...I thought I would drop weight much faster?

So I’m doing just fruits, veggies, and oatmeal for breakfast. No rice, beans, bread, beans, or potatoes or tortillas, etc.

I’m also sticking a vegan guideline diet cause I’m trying to bring down my cholesterol.
So I’m eating vegan ground beef for lunch and tofu for dinner.

I did keep boiled egg whites in my diet tho, they’re too valuable...

Keep doing your thing. If you are true to it, it will be true to you.

              Hard boiled eggs are great!

Have you tried that 2lb excercise that I recommended?.........Rockin'

Personally not yet but my boxing trainer has me workouts which are similar. I will try it my next silk gym trip tho, I can already tell it’ll be a burn.

It seems I can’t afford one cheat day or eat one gram too much of carbs and I literally gain weight back. Psh, & forget the alcohol completely.

I personally don’t do a “cheat day” but I’ll snack in tiny amounts every here and there, just depending how my body feels. I gotta good grip on my body now so I know when I can afford to have a little something or have to say no completely.

Really want to drop weight in general overall so I’m gonna stop weight lifting completely. I have lots of muscle mass especially upper body on me. Even my quads are big from lots of heavy squats.

Only gonna stick to whatever my trainer has me doing.
                      S&C + boxing 3 times a week.

I should drop a good 15 lbs. in two months no?
