Get some cinderblocks or some plates and put you're feet on those. It might feel uncomfortable at first, but you'll get used to it.

Try benching with your feet on the top of the bench. It helps me lift more and keeps your back from arching. It is totally believable he can curl 50 lbs with one arm. I could curl 60 lb db when I was powerlifting. Now I am just getting back into it after 2 years off and struggle with 40 lbs. I have had to start using 25 lbs for 12 reps.

I dont lift weights but i thought 50 pounds sounds like a lot for one arm.

Putting your feet on the bench is gonna lead you to injuries. It's very easy to tip over if you use heavy weight. And there's nothing wrong with an arch. With that, you use more power from your legs and lift more weight.

A kid who can bench 180 can curl 50 lbs with one arm. LOL. Sure he can. This proves that JDizzle is a skinny nerd who doesn't go to the gym. Why do you follow me around anyways? **** man..

Curling 50 is definately possible. When I used to weight lift and I maxed at 185 lbs. on the bench press but I could only curl 40 lbs. But at the time I didn't curl a lot. So it's definately possible.

If you don't believe me...that is your problem. Like I said, quit taking the internet posting so seriously and get your ass in the gym and lift some weight.
