Fiber, are you getting enough?

      I am also taking fiber daily, it improves my overall digestive system, and helps me in staying fit and healthy. I often take it from vegetables, nuts , seeds etc. But overtaking fiber can be the reason for cramping, bloating and other digestive problems.

        Metamucil?!?! Y'all like some old timers in this mfer. Just eat something fooking green. Probiotics or acidophilus are good too. I've been ****ting daily since forever. I don't trust mfers who can't sh^t daily.

        Randomly when I went vegan or vegetarian (I forget the difference tbh) for about 6ish months I had to stop cuz I felt like I was about to sh^t all day long which is a anxious ass feeling any time you aren't a short sprint from a toilet. So too much fiber can be a problem too.

          lol, I thought that before I posted this thread, I sound like an old constipated man. lol! Ive never had a problem dropping a deuce, I typically crap 3xs a day but since Ive been intaking fiber daily, I literally spend less than a minute on the toilet and I feel less lethargic.

          Besides, I really meant this for people like me that are not big fans of veggies. Because I lift weights and run a lot I always thought the more protein the better but Ive since upped my fiber intake, lessened the protein, and added some more carbs considering I sh.t most of it out lol

                Amen brother ^ pre & probiotics are great too. Don't forget other fiber sources like avocado, berries, etc. I personally love beans - refried, borracho, etc.
                Good fiber translates to better cholesterol management to.

                      I don't use toilet paper. Wiping your sh^tty ass with dry paper always seemed insane to me. I own a bidet + eff with wet wipes. No irritation at all with those items.
