    At Home workouts (Due to Corona)

    Anybody got some good home workouts??

    All my gyms are closed.

    I have a pull bar, an AB mat, couple 12 lb. db’s, and push ups for the triceps baby.

    Doing a whole circuit of those is quite exhausting, honestly. Especially since I just started back on Keto diet.

    Just started the insanity max 30 workout. I love it!!! I'm on my second week and I'm already noticing little changes. Great workout!!! Bought it for 40 bucks off ebay btw. Great great buy

                    The best bodyweight training program is PROJECT: KRATOS by Drew Baye. If you are suffering due to a low-carb diet, feel free to up the carbs! As long as the calories and quality protein intake remain the same, you will lose fat just as quickly.
