At Home workouts (Due to Corona)

I was demotivated when gyms were closed. But now i hope the coming days will be better and i am exercising in my home. I am focussing on my leg strength and shoulders. For shoulders strength i am doing push ups and bench dips. I know these are at beginners level, but after this lockdown, i will advance my techniques by following advises from a trainer.

USA Boxing has workouts on their IG. Phil Daru, the strength and conditioning coach at American Top Team in Coconut Creek, has a bodyweight program that is pretty intense. Check him out.

California gyms are back in business next week! Still waiting on details of restrictions.
To be honest I've gotten to like my morning workouts in the park. I might do 2 or 3 days a week in the park even after the gyms open. I like the fresh morning air and the early morning sun.

Vegas gyms(health clubs, not sure about mma or boxing) opened up a week ago and the casinos opened up last Thursday. Both have restrictions though.
