That guy looks like a fucking tool. I'd beat the **** out of him with my boxing and wrastlin' skills and he couldn't do shit
I really want a physique like this! Training and nutrition tips?

Muscle bounds not the best for boxers though; although I’m a fan of aesthetics..I prefer some functionality along with it.Comment

U can’t change the shape of ur muscles. U can get them bigger but u cant duplicate someone’s shape with special excercises. So be the best you u can. U will find u get compliments on the body parts that u are most genetically gifted in. Makes sense. But it’s not satisfying cause u didn’t have to work as hard for them. It’s bringing up ur weakest points that brings satisfaction. Sometimes u have to lay off what comes easy and work on what comes hard to improve ur symmetry. Be supportive and modest. There’s always someone tougher and stronger. Dont lie about ur lifts.Comment

But ultimately its all aesthetics. Sure there's going to be some functionality accompanied with all that muscle but I bet 7/10 guys who get over the intimidation factor will outfight him.Comment

Yeah but he's going for asthetics, he's a bodybuilder, not a fighter. You have to respect the 1000s of hours he's put in to that physique that takes serious dedication.Comment

To each their own, but personally I'd choose functional strength over aesthetics. I can't go for 12% bodyfat or whatever because I love alcohol and pizza too much.Comment
