Ha ha, I'm from the east coast so I'm pretty familiar with the cuisine for the whole eastern seaboard. Thing is, even on the west coast I'm still able to get great pastrami and corned beef: I can do up deli grade Reubens that would make any kosher fanatic drool :cool9:Comment

Take two slices of rye bread, butter one side and spread the other 1,000 island dressing.one slice butter side down on the griddle. Put a quarter pound of corned beef on the slice on the griddle then top with Swiss cheese. Top that with a quarter pound of pastrami, then top with another slice of Swiss cheese. Top with sauerkraut then the other slice of bread butter side up. Grill each side golden brown.Comment
