    Vaping and Boxing

Smoking depletes energy and lung function, what about vaping. Currently vaping 3MG nicotine eliquid. I get foggy headed, but only a bit tired. Has it affected your training?

from experience, vaping is waaaay better than smoking.
now i smoke myself, and when i boxed i smoked most of the time.
but i tried those ecigs and found i was alot fresher after it, lung capacity increased and was able to go alot more rounds in running and sparring and bla bla bla.

but if you dont/didnt smoke and just "vape" so to speak, well that is just ****** ha

Vaping can still impact your energy and performance, especially with nicotine use. Even at 3mg, it’s a stimulant that can cause a quick boost followed by fogginess or slight fatigue. Some users also report mild dehydration or reduced lung capacity. I’ve noticed that if I vape regularly, especially using products like a Muha Meds box, I feel a bit off during intense workouts. Everyone reacts differently, but if you're feeling foggy headed, it could be your body adjusting to the nicotine or other ingredients. You might try reducing intake or going nicotine free to see if it improves your training performance.

it's terrible. I'm sure you knew that though. Done plenty of drugs in my day - it's all garbage and everything comes at a cost. Even Weed. nothing is free in life
