I don't think you know what you are talking about honestly. You seem to just brush by the fact that you pretty much said that sample sizes don't matter and denied that the study you linked wasn't reliable even though the study itself did.
Please go to school.
Then you make strawman arguments of things I never said. Quote me saying sample sizes don't matter then if you're going to keep claiming I said it. I haven't deleted anything.
Also, you never cleared something up for me. Do pushups use the same muscles as bench press or not? you made claims that it does, and then in the next sentence that it doesn't. what do you believe?
Oh look, another personal attack in order to distract from the issue at hand. Very classy.

I'm not getting defensive. All I have done is deny to post a picture of myself with no clothes on.
Seems to be that you, Juggernaut, and Hedonistic Frog are super pushy about getting me to take my clothes off and send pictures. That's sexual predator behavior.
Proving yourself in a lifting conversation isn't being sexual dude. Sounds to me like you've lost weight and scared you might lose a conversation here. Not surprising, I've seen you lose before and you start short circuiting making up wild accusations.

I spanked this guy in another thread and to me it appears like he's a reader. He reads stuff and spews it like its true. No proof and no real knowledge.

Totally man, this dude is bugging. If you're going to talk a big game about lifting and walking around at 125, I mean you got to prove you've made gains.

I was spanking him in a Hagler.Leonard thread and he kept saying I was't around/alive to see the fight insinuating he was and knew the story better than I did.
What a weirdo! Totally makes sense now that he's jumping on the pedo stuff too. Only a high school kid thats insecure with himself would say that.
Too funny!

****ing SJW lmao
Lifting weights has nothing to do with physique. Weightlifting and powerlifting are two sports that are associated with lifting weights and have nothing to do with physique.
Lost weight? No, I haven't lost weight. Keep grabbing at straws though. You have no argument as usual. I rattled you so bad in the Hagler thread that you even included me in your little sig. Lmao!

You implied it when you said:

Do you even read what you reply to? I clearly said that push ups work the same muscles as bench press however they do not stress the muscle groups the same as bench press does. I even provided an example yet you still are too slow to understand it. The example was pull ups and chin ups. Both work the lats and biceps however, they stress each muscle to a different degree. Chin ups focusing more on biceps whereas pull ups focus more on lats.
I'll do as many personal attacks as I want. You go around parading as if you understand science when you clearly don't. One study doesn't prove or disprove anything and someone doesn't have to provide scientific data for fundamental scientific claims.
