    3. Fiber makes you ****. Connect the ****ing dots. I don't have to explain obvious biology. The onus is on you to get educated enough to discuss these topics.

    4. You have no idea what the study is even saying. If you eat overconsume goitrogenic foods then you run the risk of hypothyroidism. Those are just examples in the study. They obviously aren't going to put every single species of goitrogenic foods into one study. It's the substance that is the point. Get educated idiot.

    5. Whatever dude you deny science.

What can I expect. You probably live in a ****ty 3rd world country in Asia where science class is on the floor of English class.

    1. "Fish is full of HDL."
Not is not. Do you even know the difference between dietary Cholesterol and serum Cholesterol?
Fish does not contain any HDL, as serum cholesterol is made out of LDL and HDL-Cholesterol for instance.

And I am the one needing to take biology classes, huh?

    3. "Fiber makes you ****."
Again you are making baseless assertions.
Prove to me that vegans eat way much more fiber than the daily recommendations. Prove to me that vegans crap 3 times a day.
Prove to me that craping the apperentely figure of 3 times is unhealthy.
Infact, most people actually lack Fiber in their diet. So a diet high in Fiber is anything but unhealthy.

4."they obviously aren't going to put every single species of goitrogenic foods into one study. "

Don't they teach reading carefully before making claims in Americans schools or why are you such an idiot?

    Quote from your study:
"However, turnip tops, commercial broccoli, broccoli rabe, and kale belonging to Brassica oleracae contain less than 10 μmol of goitrin per 100-g serving and can be considered of minimal risk"[

" In contrast, excessive consumption (e.g., >1 kg/d for several months) of raw Russian/Siberian kale of the species B. napus, some collards, and Brussels sprouts, all of which have high progoitrin concentrations and thus can decrease iodine uptake into the thyroid to affect the synthesis of thyroid hormone, should be avoided."

There you have it. You need to eat more than 1kg of raw russian kale for several months for instance to get any health problems.
Commerical broccoli and kale are minimal risk.
As you need to eat >1kg/d of that russian kale which has high progoitrin concentrations, you pretty much can not get any health problems eating commerical Broccoli as it has low concentration.

Maybe next time read your study before making contradictory claims you twat.

"What can I expect. You probably live in a ****ty 3rd world country in Asia where science class is on the floor of English class."

Yeah, seemingly you Americans can not read as it even states "germany" in my location. Adding the fact that you failed on Cholesterol, make baseless assertions over and over again and completely misinterpreted your study, I am not the ****** one for being able to speak a second language on an advanced level.

Dairy is terrible for us. The only reason it's still labeled as nutritious is because the dairy industry is in the FDA's pockets.
