I know. This should be an easy question to ask; should I eliminate dairy from my diet to obtain peak personal performance? And I feel undoubtedly a big yes is important here, and I have done it. And I have done it more than once and every time seen similar results. Faster, stronger and obviously my intake of fat in this case dropped off and I was able to run much faster, lose weight and obtain better hygiene because my sweat ran cleaner. I have actually noticed milk turning my sweat into a sour smell when I am consuming a heavy portions in my regular diet or after having a big milkshake on a very hot day after binging away from milk. Not to mention lower estrogen levels = less fat more testosterone. But, can it be done?
Can you remove dairy from your diet all together and live healthy? I would like to know. I feel like my mood had gone to **** and I just drank two milkshakes and feel good for the first time in 2 weeks, also I was feeling sick earlier. I grew up on a very heavy dairy proportioned diet so I don't know if my body is angry because it needs more calcium and vitamin d than I am providing it, but can you even supplement dairy %100 effectively. And what about supplementing dairy with something tasty? Why is kale and the leafy greens all the only other heavy calcium non-dairy food around? This wont work for me because my stomach gets turned on super hard by leafy greens and enthrals my appetite to the point where I am fairly sure I would be prone to eat more garbage anyways.
A solution, or not a solution? Could I do one week dairy all in and then cut for a week of no-dairy so as to do 1 week on and 1 week off? Would this work? I can seem to manage 1 week without dairy just fine and still reap the rewards by the end of that week, I believe.
