Here's 3 rounds of heavy bag action. It gets a little dark as the sun goes down on me, and gets hard to see what's happening. Film credit to 7 year old CJ.

Brilliant work CJ. Keeps the commentary light but poignant (I had the same question about those roots) and throws in the motivational thumbs-up (Kellerman NEVER does that).
Keep up the good work. I like how quick the left follows the jab. Gotta watch out about dropping your lead hand after the jab. Leaves a big target. You've got good strength and reach though.
Those leaves make me nervous. I slipped on one while training at my place once and landed on my elbow (damn lucky it didn't become a major problem). I move a lot though.

Thx for sharing! Keep it up.
Thank you. I'll work on keeping my right hand up and also pass along the compliment to CJ. Thanks for the constructive advice
I like the background too. I wish I could train in the woods like that.
Thank you. The woods are a little deceptive. It's only about 100 yards or so deep then an apartment complex, but you can only see the complex in the winter when all the leaves are gone. It's still kind of a tranquil feeling back there. I really enjoy going back there and ****ing the bag

Great effort.
Here are a few technical things I noticed that you need to correct:
You keep a majority of your weight on your front leg, which causes you to lean forward when you throw almost any punch.
You lift your left foot up when you throw your jab, that's happening because too much of your weight is sitting to the front of your body/on your front leg.
You bend solely at the hips and lower back when you throw low punches. You need to learn how to drop down with your ass and knees when you throw low punches, while at the same time bending at the hips/back.
