Here are a few technical things I noticed that you need to correct:
    • You keep a majority of your weight on your front leg, which causes you to lean forward when you throw almost any punch.
    • You lift your left foot up when you throw your jab, that's happening because too much of your weight is sitting to the front of your body/on your front leg.
    • You bend solely at the hips and lower back when you throw low punches. You need to learn how to drop down with your ass and knees when you throw low punches, while at the same time bending at the hips/back.

    Raise the bag up
Thanks for the input and advice, bro. I see what you mean about having too much weight on the lead leg. It's something I'll have to work on. As far as bending the knees, that's going to be a little more difficult. Being almost 40, and having moved furniture for 15 years, I've pretty much blown my knees out. I'll try to sit on my punches more, but not sure how much success I'll have. I do wish I could raise the bag up some. I'm thinking about digging it out underneath some to give me the height I'm looking for.

I recorded another couple rounds yesterday which I'll be posting soon. I look forward to any constructive advice and thank everyone for their time

Start doing some mobility and flexibility routines on your lower extremities, won't fix your knees but will help them somewhat.
Google DeFranco Agile 8 or check out MobiltyWod on YouTube
