-Always warm-up. Not stretching, just warming up.
-Ease into new exercises until your tendons and supporting muscles build strength (takes weeks).
-STOP when you feel "that" pain, or do some exercises that use opposing muscles to try to stretch it out.
    -Ice
-Cissus herb (Supercissus) has been a miracle worker for me. My chronic achilles injury of 5 years has been gone in the 6 years I've been using cissus.
-Rest tendons. They take time to heal. But, don't neglect exercise once they've healed as mild exercise tends to help keep chronic tendons at bay.

    Hope that helps.
Hey man, what's the best way to get this cissus thing? I've had tendon problems for years but things are starting to look up thankfully as I've been looking after myself alot better. Cheers

decrease teh demand you're putting on your soft tissues. the guy who told you to stop what you're doing is right on the money. you need rest. no impact, light stretching and work through the range of motion only. thatd oesn't mean you sit on the couch all day every day, just that you decrease the demand that is causing your overuse injuries. you are overtrained.

you're 35, and it doesn't sound like you have a youth of athletics and muscle memory to fall on. you need rest. you're actually putting a decent demand on your body for a 35 year old. you're even hinting at it yourself.

Elbow/tricep pain is the one thing i can't find a good solution for.Ordered Tendlite to heat up and improve ciruclation a few inches under the skin, and doing forearm stretches and using theStick foam roller lacrose ball to loosen up my arm but it's still lingering.

        Thanks for the input
Check out mendmeshop.com They're located in Canada & have various hot (and cold) wraps for virtually every major joint in the body. The inferno wraps use ac- powered magnetic energy to increase blood flow to the affected area in order to speed healing. I've used them to good affect on my left ankle, both shoulders, both elbows & lower back. They're not cheap, but their products work and come with a 60 day money back guarantee.
