decrease teh demand you're putting on your soft tissues. the guy who told you to stop what you're doing is right on the money. you need rest. no impact, light stretching and work through the range of motion only. thatd oesn't mean you sit on the couch all day every day, just that you decrease the demand that is causing your overuse injuries. you are overtrained.
you're 35, and it doesn't sound like you have a youth of athletics and muscle memory to fall on. you need rest. you're actually putting a decent demand on your body for a 35 year old. you're even hinting at it yourself.

Elbow/tricep pain is the one thing i can't find a good solution for.Ordered Tendlite to heat up and improve ciruclation a few inches under the skin, and doing forearm stretches and using theStick foam roller lacrose ball to loosen up my arm but it's still lingering.
Thanks for the input
