Strength and size go hand in hand very easily if you want it to and it helps with teh shock absorption, so I still dont see why we dont see more Tyson like necks, surely optimal is best?.
On top of that I see very few strong necks, ive never see many big weights lifted in neck exercises, in all the videos ive seen they do small weights high reps which is pointless. Even mayweather does this
