Joining this. Lost 10 kgs between July and December 2018. Currently 107.5 kgs and looking to reach 90 kgs by end of April. Training routine consists of:
Monday: Conditioning + hitting pads w/ trainer
Tues: Morning Run
Wed: Conditioning + hitting pads w/ trainer (AM) / Strengthening Legs (PM)
Thurs: Rest
Friday: Conditioning + hitting pads w/ trainer
Saturday: Sparring w/ trainer
Sunday: Rest
