    Dude. I'm a Sergeant that is in charge of people so my soldiers do most of the work. I'm a Water Treatment Specialist so I don't go "outside the wire" too much. I did the first time but now things are different this year. The food in the dining facility sucks but I try to eat the healthy stuff. The blistering heat is going to help me the most. I can't tell you exactly where in IQ but it's remote. Suprisingly, they have a good enough gym and I order all my boxing equipment. I also run on an air strip.

      That's so true. It was easy getting fit but now It's hard to get rid of the muscle weight for me. I think the over 100 degree weather will help me though. More cardio less lifting too.

        yeah i know. but i have an excellent metabolism. with my pay checks from work most of it goes to eating out everyday sad to say i have a huge eating problem.

          That's my problem too. I try not to eat junk food though. I saw your pic before and it looked like you had good genes but watch out. A guy in my unit had good genes and he ate whatever he wanted. It's like as soon as he turned 21 he got fat.

            well im 21 right now and i've been eating juke food and fastfood all my life. i easily spend a 100 a week on fast food jus for myself. but my dad is built still and he's 39 jus alittle bear gut. but i dont drink so thats good

              Yeah beer is my shiznit. It's also my weakness. I look good when I don't drink but when I drink beer I can easily gain weight. I went on a vacation where I drank beer the whole time I was in NY and I gained 20lbs in 2 weeks. True story.

                    Workout


                    Monday- running or riding cycle 1-2, Boxing at night6-8

                    Tuesday- GYM 1-2:30 , light boxing or non at all

                    Wednesday - GYM 1-2:30, light boxing or non at all

                    Thrusday - Running or cycle 1-2 and Boxing at night 6-8 with sparring after class.

                    Friday- GYM 1-2:30.

                    Saturday - Running or cycle in the morning.

                    I want to start running after wieght lifting for at least 10 minutes.

                    Diet

                    Morning i eat corn flakes or eggs with whatever, lunch is a sandwhich or salad with a protein shake after. Dinner can be anything but always a healthy meal with a protien shake before bed. I eat random stuff during the day cause I'm always hungry. lots of water and gaterade.

                    I'm 23/yrs 195 5'11. Goal is 180.

                    I took my pictures today we'll see in 6 weeks.
