From Kenny Weldon I learned you should keep your back foot flat and your front pointed, I prefer this and it makes a lot of sense to me to keep your shoulders spine head in alignment. However what I dont undersatnd is hwen you are in your stance/rythem you oabviously have to shift your weight to your front leg a lot of the time, so is the back foot holding the weight for the jab an 'ideal' situation vs something that is true all the time?
