I always ate a pretty balanced diet been training since I was 11. there were times when I partied hard in my early 20s, still lifted but that kind of life can wear you out so I don't drink at all anymore. As for the protein I take the weight gainers because I am in mid bulking process and its alot of extra calories so yeah I put weight on the last few months as for how much is solid muscle I will find out when I make my cut in the late spring.Comment

I go lift right after work so my meal before it is like 4 hours... but I usually have grilled chicken, asparagus, and rice with water. That is enough for me if I had breakfast, but if no breakfast sometimes I'll go out and pick up some food too.
Before I go lift I have a pre workout right now I have some craze left. After lifting I'll have my protein (on whey, creatine, peanut butter, maybe banana in it too) and some cottage cheese or tuna.Comment

my diet is all about the carbs, you have energy. i am gluten free now and i try to eat protein so chicken or eggs a day
for water i'm on a tablet called zero which has elctrolytes and magnesium and it's the real deal
i also take vitamin pills but the internet says it dont work, im not sureComment
