I was wondering at what kind of pace to exercise after recovering from a hyperextended shoulder and what exercises to strengthen the rotator cuff. Also if anyone has any other tips, I'm open to listening.

This program helped me but before doing it I went to a physical therapist first to be sure.First few weeks, immobilize. 3-5 weeks post-injury, rehabilitation. 5-onwards, strengthening and gradually going back to normal activities.

I highly recommend hyper extending your shoulder, I used to do it 2-3 times a month back when I was fighting. When used in conjunction with sitting in a chair while holding 50 lb weights in each hand with my arms dangling at my side I've extended my reach from just 69" to over 77"............ Rockin'Comment
