  • Hyperextension of the Shoulder

I was wondering at what kind of pace to exercise after recovering from a hyperextended shoulder and what exercises to strengthen the rotator cuff. Also if anyone has any other tips, I'm open to listening.

This program helped me but before doing it I went to a physical therapist first to be sure. First few weeks, immobilize. 3-5 weeks post-injury, rehabilitation. 5-onwards, strengthening and gradually going back to normal activities.

Hey thanks bro! He had some pretty good knowledge of how to isolate the rotator cuff muscles. For sure gonna make good use of the program.

I got a tendinitis in my right shoulder, rotator cuff tendinitis.

I highly recommend hyper extending your shoulder, I used to do it 2-3 times a month back when I was fighting. When used in conjunction with sitting in a chair while holding 50 lb weights in each hand with my arms dangling at my side I've extended my reach from just 69" to over 77"............ Rockin'
