they ask me "NE, how do i get bigger arms?" i'll smugly tell them "get a bigger everything else."
want big arms? lift your legs. want big shoulders? get them the same way you get your big arms, then shrink your waist to make them pop.
as i've outlined, lifting weights for looks is for girls, TS. just get stronger, and fitter around the midsection, and the look of your shoulders will take care of itself.
you should be pissed at your parents. they're the reason you're built like girl, TS.
