How to get that Erislandy Lara physique?

Genetics for a large part. However, to improve that V-shape as much as possible you should invest in exercises like pullups, chinups, and to a lesser extent bent over rows.
Anything that targets your latissimus dorsi. You'll still be limited to your genetics ofc, but this will get you as close as possible. Obviously you need to implement it into a regimen of some kind.

i want that hitman physique *.*
MAYBE certain kinds of exercise can contribute to that physique WHEN you're still YOUNG and GROWING.
As for workouts associated with it, there's a long list but there are also some you stay away from which is the raise from abdominal muscles to chin straight up. If you want more info let me know and I'll list what I'd recommend for it, otherwise do some research on the muscle associated with it and it'll help.
Genetics play a huge role though and while its possible to change body composition, nothing is going to compare to being born with that in terms of looks or ease.

TS, boxers boil their bodies down in training. you're seeing a supremely conditioned, boiled down man when you watch a world class boxer. lara has big shoulders and a small waist because he was born that way, and boxing cut away all but 5-10 % of his body fat and conditioned / toned his muscles.

you tryna tell noah about that flood, dog?
here's me in the worst shape of my life. i was about 240 or so, and hadn't been to a gym more than a couple times a week in years. i am 5'8". i was one of the best athletes in my state growing up, and would probably shock you with my fleetness. grrrr.
when i was in my early 20's you wouldn't even think NE was real. 5'8", 235, and ripped close to the bone. if you thought i was real, you wouldn't think i was natural [but i was and still am.]

Edit: by body builders technique it's an emphasis on full motioned form, as opposed to some of those weird strength training forms...like their bench makes me cringe.

Pure genetics in Lara's case. Thats his bone structure not muscle..He has kind of a b ball player type of build. It's all genetic and he likely has had that T looking shape since a kid. You can work on your posture and growing your shoulders (working out and putting on muscle will broaden your back/shoulders but only to whats proportional to your body so you cant just ONLY grow your shoulders). Now if you want similar dimensions in terms if that general look, then get to swimming and rowing son.
