Ok so I was getting a bit frustrated yesterday. While doing mitt work my trainer keeps telling me that I'm arm punch and not getting good hip rotation, particuarly on my left hook. It's like I try and focus on getting that good rotation and snap but it's still not coming naturally to me.
Is there any little tips or particular exercise that i can use to make rotating my hips become more muscle memory? I've only been boxing for about 6 weeks so I'm hoping its something that will just develope on its own but i want it now! lol
