you looked good man, hard to tell much against such a weak opponent. what the other guy said about sparring tall guys is good, you have to think further ahead. iv just started having my first few fights myself but iv been training years. iv had 2 won both. just wanted to say that for conditioning ideas try weighted gloves and weighted vests and ankle weights. iv started doing it leading up to fights and just generally, but with all of it on i weigh about 15 stone and without it im 10.7. just shadow boxing or hitting pads with this on is so draining, but when you take it off its like you weigh nothing, and everything is faster. its quite expensive for it all but the the gloves and ankleweights you can get cheap and then just save for a good vest. i use them alot weather im working on footwork or dodging or punching. good luck in your next fight. and let me know if you find out anything that works well.
