Conditioning is obviously an issue as your form got more sloppy as the session went on and you got more tired. You tend to be fairly static after you have fired a salvo and must learn to HIT AND MOVE. Against a better opponent you just can not do that. Think about moving out of an attack at a different angle than you went in and finish a combo with a left to keep your shape. Once out move laterally, you tend to move in straight lines back. That gives your opponent too much help and is predictable.
You can pivot better on your right.
I have seen a lot worse.

First train to get "into shape" before you try to loose weight! Once your in top condition then you'll know what weight class you belong in.
That spar session is a waste of time, sparring like that will NOT get you in shape! Concentrate on your wind and legs and arms then find someone who can give you work!
No comment on your technique get in shape then post your workout! Anyone could spar with a lesser guy! Ray

that ring is a mess! heads and elbows could hit the damn walls and there has to be a way to set up a spar spot better than that! Send a few pics of the area you have at your disposal. I understand budgets and options but there must be away around that! Ray

you have some pretty good technique, I actually enjoyed the video lol.

But I'm sure if your opponent was more experienced you wouldn't be able to freely land those punches and be confident to smack him around like you was lol.

And I can tell you let him land some stuff just to be a good sparring partner and letting him work on his punshes too... which was really nice of you and not letting your ego get in the way.

Overall, good video; keep working hard and make a new video with a more experienced guy.
