I see some good things and a few things you need to work on, for sure.

I am most interested in the dimensions of that ring -- it's not square, or doesn't seem to be.

On the good side you put your punches together well and mix head and body work well. I like the hook and you made a couple of nice moves stepping around. The jab looked very good until you got gassed (see below).

There's some physical and mental conditioning work needed -- by the second round your jab was coming back way low, easy to counter. And in the first round you did something that always bugs the heck out of me, taking a mental break to adjust your shirt and trunks a couple of times: it's a way of saying 'I need a quick break,' and it may work with a cooperative sparring partner but it's a bad habit because in the ring your opponent isn't going to cooperate with you.

The other thing is backing straight up into the ropes, without him even pressuring you, a few times.

I'd say you're on your way, nothing that can't be fixed with more conditioning and hard work. Seems like you have a coach who knows what he's doing, he's urging you to do the right things. Listen to him.

              really appreciate the long response.

sometimes when sparring people I know m better then, ill let them get some shots off while im on the ropes so I can work on picking up punches with my arms. I don't do that vs real threats.

def need to work on keeps my jab higher. im only 3 weeks into training, thatll surely come with better stamina

btw, how much would u say I weigh?

Hard to say not knowing the dimensions of the gym, but I'd guess 130-ish.
