You really dont run enough man. you want good stamina you need to run. And running one mile isnt going to do anything for you. You'd hardly get warmed up even. when i run I run at least 3 miles and if I am training for a fight its 3 miles plus 10 laps around a track doing the interval sprinting. and try and do that at least 3 times a week.
Today i ran 3 miles and a 1/4 and will be doing it tomorow and friday and saturday, ill give sunday a miss and monday but im off college untill the 9th of january so i will try and get as much running done as possible

Good idea man....
Last holiday i had i doubled my power, and that was my aim. It also turned out that apparently (i didnt really notice it myself) i got massive over that time... That was during summer though.
Over christmas im gonna aim for added fitness and a 50% gain in power, with a larger muscle mass, but also an equal if not faster muscle type....
So after these 2 weeks or so, i should be ready for anything.
Btw, i watched Naz VS Kevin Kelley last night. Everyone thinks that fight is one which Naz got exposed in. I came to the conclusion that none of Kelley's KD's were as impressive as Naz's, and Naz owned him either way. It was confirmed when Kelley was talking **** in the interview after. Naz was like "i took his power, but did he take mine?" (thats a NO!). Kelley was like "when i hit him, i hurt him". But then you watch the Knockdowns and realise thats bull**** and Naz took the piss out of him...

(that was a bit of a tangent but anyway )
yeah , naz took the piss out off everyone , he would proply had a better change against MAB if he didnt try and take the piss lol .
Peace
how else can i improve my stamina except going out running?
Cheers Nazfan
There's plenty of ways alot of 'em have already been mentioned, but yeah running tops 'em all, however I suggest you join a track club, unless you are already in school then join the track team, if you don't want to compete then maybe you can ask the coach if you can just workout with the team.
You know what will really open up your lungs is Short distance running(sprints) forget jogging(cross country). Atleast if you are in a track club or team, there's other people to run with.
steroids generally give you more muscle mass which gives you more body to supply with Oxygen. but some of them can make you more ripped which would probably help your stamina. they also mess with your mood which can give you more or less stamina depending on your personality
All i know is that i've been around guys that take em. And I wouldn't mess with them without doing A LOT of research. These meatheads sound like rocket scientists when roids enters the conversation.
About running: I have asked the same question. I hate running. I feel like i'm good at everything but running is my kryptonite and i'm not good at it and all that. remember when you were little and you played soccer and ****, you could run around all day without getting tired. you still can. you just have to beat yourself back into shape. the more you run, the better and better you do and the less pain you feel. less cramps come. i actually jogged around the block w/ my dog the other day and i hate running. it really is a great workout. nothing has made me sweat that fast
