Safe son, nice work. I've lost about 8 myself, pretty good as I wasn't particularly big in the first place.

If you were to see me, you would never think I was in my late 30's. I have always had that young face but if you don't work at it, then it does get harder. I recently entered the masters tourney and had to get down to 175. It was tough but I did it only to show up and have nobody my age or weight there. There was a kid who was 22 years old at my weight but they wouldn't let me fight him since I was so much older according to the rules.
The worst thing about getting a little older is the recovery, I can't lie that's the toughest part. I used to workout like a beast when I was fighting competitively and not even be sore. Now if I push it, I feel it and it takes me about twice as long to recover.
