Besides scientific studies claiming that taking naps are good for athletes, I hear about professionals taking naps on training days after roadwork, etc..
Do yall boxers/athletes take naps? If so, when, for how long and how often?

I personally try to take a nap after work, then ill wake up, eat a meal and goto the gym...
