    Only if I need it. Anything longer ruins my sleep habbit for a day or two. Rest is key for your muscles though...maybe if I was prepping for a fight And training for hours and hours a day I'd need it...but I'm not... :|...and I have a corporate job...soooo.

      The harder you train the more sleep you will need...for me naps are crucial and often I can't even get into the gym without one.

        in my world there's no time for naps...as long as I get a good night sleep i'm good...

          I used to enjoy powernaps after my morning run (about 40 minutes or so of sleep).

          18 months of military life has rid me of my need to daytime sleep, however - I find the only time I'll nap during the day now is if I've had under 4 hours sleep that night.
