    wanted to see what sort of Diets different people are on for training, Bulking Up or losing weight so feel welcome to post in here


    p.s any ideas to take that horrible taste out of TUNA ?

    chicken breast grilled with salade/mixed boiled vegs

    tuna with vinigar and squeezed lemon

    oranges/bananas/strawberries

    and to drink water, no soda

    also dark chocolate, can't stay away from chocolate.

    that's usually what i eat can't post when since i usually get up at 12-1 pm because of my ****ed up work schedule

      I eat a lot of Midwestern food. I eat too much fastfood like taco bell and I drink way too much soda. with that said, I drink a ****load of water, milk, and juice.

      Of course I'm not training for a fight either. When I am I'll cut out all the bad stuff.

        my diet consists of

        Oats/EGGS with toast
        apple

        chicken/turkey breast baguette
        yoghurt

        chicken/steak with pasta/baked potato or rice
        banana

        snacks - boiled eggs, peanut butter sandwiches

        lots of water and juice

        seven seas fish oil
        multi vits
        protein shake

        around 3000 cals a day
        and 120g - 150g protein

            Tuna tastes like **** I agree. Mix it with salad cream and it tastes real nice. Trust me try it.

            But please dont eat straight tuna, it's horrible stuff.

                Here is my diet when I start training to lose some serious weight.

                Meal 1 - Porridge oats with water and honey

                Meal 2 - Sausage sandwich

                Meal 3 - Veg and Chicken

                Meal 4 - Potatoe

                Meal 5 - Tuna, Chicken and cottage cheese.

                Multivits, animal cuts, protein shake and creatine.

                I do this with some heavy excercise, either a 60 minute run or a heavy up hil 40 minute cycle. I have lost 4 and half pounds in 24 hours on this diet, but its not healthy to lose that fast.

                  sautee your tuna with some onions, pepper and tomato and serve it on a bed of rice with whatever ****es you like. tuna is awesome.

                    Breakfast: 5 egg whites, one fruit & water

                    Snack: Protein Bar

                    Lunch: 9oz Chicken Breast, 1 cup lettuce, 1 cup cucumber

                    Snack: Protein Shake

                    Dinner: 6oz Chicken Breast/Tuna, 1 cup lettuce, 1 cup cucumber/carrots, 1 Veggie Burger, 2 small potatoes


                    Drink loads of water throughout the day.
