Lactic acid buildup can also be reduced, controlled and managed with the minerals in electrolytes and magnesium. Creatine does not stimulate muscle growth. Amino acids increase performance also allowing you to train harder plus they carry all the necessary nutrients including water, glycogen, protein and oxygen to the muscles for growth, rebuilding muscle fibers.

The only guys that promotes creatine are yolked out paid bodybuilders G. Easy as that. You don't retain water unless you are using some 1990s creatine. Otherwise, no, you don't. That is a complete bs. Transporting water to the muscle groups being used, does not equate retaining water.
