i find "all you can eat buffets" to be the best for stopping the feeling of hunger.

Like someone said try and drink water, at least 1 gallon a day and most importantly it's mental.
You just have to control yourself and understand that you can't eat X or Y thing because of whatever goal or reason you have. I can eat with the best of them but when I want to drop down for a boxing fight I always do fasting for 24 hrs from Saturday evening to Sunday. I do without a problem and there is no urge to eat anything because I'm conscious that I want to make a weigh limit for the fight,

If you like jelly, consider getting the sugar free ones they sell in supermarkets, which are very low carb/fat and high protein. Should fill you up as more than a snack and almost as much as a meal.
Obviously that won't make a massive difference on its own but just throwing it out there.
