I love my carbs too much Reed, oats, sweet potatoes, bread, rice and i love pasta but I eat too much of it and it i can't keep in shape if i eat pasta to often lol

OG Wenger, try Reeds breakfast (minus the veggies personally at that time of day lol) and see how you get on, it will probably shut your hunger pangs down.
If that doesn't work try starting the day with 80 - 100G oats cooked in low fat milk with honey to make it sweet, or fructose sugar. Oats make me feel so full I don't want to eat lunch which isn't good when I'm training, so I have to be careful, but if I'm dieting they are always on the breakfast menu

The veggies in my eggs are litterally like a 1/4 cup of diced peppers and onions just for some extra flavor.. and a little fat free feta cheese added in.. its pretty tasty.

I love my carbs too.. complex carbs are good, but everything in moderation... with that said.. when you start seeing results with less carbs like I have been.. its good motivation.

Mate Nando's Hot Sauce saved my life! I was beyond bored of plain chicken and brown rice, Nando's is healthy enough with next to nothing in it Cal/fat/carb wise and is DEEEElicious!

Yeah, hot sauce really is one of the best "sauces" to use that has virtually nothing in it.

I'm a big sautee guy... salmon and veggie or chicken veggie sautee's and Im always hunting for the lowest sodium sauces I can find... I dont use hot sauce in my sautee's but on some chicken it's great.

Add a heaped tea spoon or two of natural peanut butter for your healthy fats and if you are using chocolate whey its chocolate nut flavour and just works a treat

Im MAD for peanut butter! The healthy stuff is actually the best, ive thrown it in a few times but i dont wanna over do it with the peanut butter as ive been making my own protein cakes which have heaps of peanut butter in em!

I actually alternate the protein flavours from Banana, Chocolate and chocolate peanut butter, sometimes even bash a mix in!

There is alot of flax seed in my protein cakes too so im getting plenty of good fats
