        4 days In and I already have way more energy, Its very weird that something as a simple this that takes less than 5 minutes out of my day can do this.

        I would recommend to everybody...

          I use a Magic Bullet, just chuck it all in there with some water and strain it through cheese cloth.

          I have the attachment for the juicer but it just seems like more effort for less yield..

              I use this;

              Kale
              Cucumber
              Ginger
              Spinach
              Celery

              Whizz it all up with water and strain through a cheese cloth, then neck it as it taste like pond water lol

                why strain it tho, there aint nothing valuable with the leftovers?

                what happens if u eat/drink the whole thing?

                  Nothing, just adds more fiber. I strain is because I don't want the fiber just the nutrients.

                  You can do loads of valuable things with the leftovers you just need to be creative.
