      I drink chocolate milk after a long run on a hot day. It does make you recover faster.

            My boy at the gym gave me this recipe said it's great for everything. A detoxifier, good for energy and cleans you out so you can **** better.

            - 6 leaves of kale
            - 4 stalks of celery
            - 4 whole carrots (ends cut off)
            - 4 green apples
            - 1/2 lemon or lime (peeled)
            - 1 whole cucumber
            - ginger root (sc**** off skin and about thumb size)


            That is enough for two people.

              What does it taste like, what is Kale and would you consider it a "proper" meal or?

                  kale is in the cabbage family, it's a very green vegetable.

                  Kale is very high in beta carotene, vitamin K, vitamin C, lutein, zeaxanthin, and reasonably rich in calcium. Kale, as with broccoli and other brassicas, contains sulforaphane (particularly when chopped or minced), a chemical with potent anti-cancer properties. Boiling decreases the level of sulforaphane; however, steaming, microwaving, or stir frying do not result in significant loss. Along with other brassica vegetables, kale is also a source of indole-3-carbinol, a chemical which boosts DNA repair in cells and appears to block the growth of cancer cells. Kale is also a good source of carotenoids.
                  Kale has recently been discovered to be like a super food.
