    Im starting juicing next week thanks to this thread, anyone got any ideas for good ones that are cheap. I dont want to be spending a fortune to be honest.

    Also does it matter what type of kale you use? ( curly kale or flat leaf ect )

        I juiced kale, celery, cucumber, lemon, green apple and ginger together today and it tasted like ****, but hopefully it'll work for me. Drinking 1 a day should do it for me.

            Kale
            Spinach
            Celery
            Cucumber
            Ginger

            It tasted horrible but I'm sure it will be worth it..

                im not too familiar with juicing but by the sounds of it it sounds really good. Do you take it as a meal replacement, or just have it as a snack throughout the day?

                  It doesn't replace meals, as far as I know. I'm still eating as much as ever, then having some juice in the afternoon, training in the evening and having a protein shake afterwards.

                    Couldnt be bothered making porridge this morning so i just threw 1 banana in the blender, 2 scoops of protein and 2 scoops of porridge oats then about 350ml of milk - Awesome!

                      I wouldn't take it as a meal replacement personally. I'm going to be having it when I wake up as its good for energy throughout the day and Ive been told it kick starts your metabolism.
