What should I take to jumpstart and motivate the mind?

I am looking for a supplement that will help energize me and motivate the mind. Any ideas?

    Good diet

Hardwork! "just suck it up" and do it.

    There's no supplements for motivation

you need a goal, a purpose. if you want to lose weight, win a fight, be better than a friend. if your just doing it for the sake of it then you wont be motivated.

eat healthy, drink lots of water, you will feel energized less sleepy (obviously this only applys if you dont do it already)

You're right. in life there are no shortcuts. hard work, consistency and dedication will get you far.

There are no supplements that will make you hit the snooze button and make you go out and do your roadwork or give you the mental toughness when sparring, hitting the heavy bag or when you have a heavy bar on your back and your legs are shaking. Like I said above: hard work, consistency and dedication are a must in boxing. Without it you're selling you're selling yourself short of your potential and gains. Supplements are intended to augment your diet. Personally they are a waste of time and money and with the right diet you can build muscle, get stronger, lose fat,etc without making a big dent in your wallet..just look at the old timers like Ali, Foreman, Frazier, and Holmes no fancy protein shakes or fat burners there.

If you are currently not doing any hard excercise or diet you wont have any motivation. Only way to get motivation is by actually starting to work. I find lots of things to motivate myself. If im running in a gym I dont want to see someone on another treadmill fitter than me. Just work and you will get motivation.
