Paul McKenna - Motivation Power. Whether it actually works or not it has helped me in the past.

Pictures in my garage motivate me, I.e if you want a 6 pack, slap a picture of the most toned six pack you've ever seen on the wall, when you're doing your sit ups, crunches etc don't take your eyes off it.

One thing I have always done right from when I was a young kid was to put a massive picture up of the Green WBC belt on my wall in my garage/gym, I'll probably never get that far but that picture alone pushes out an extra 2 minutes on the bag, an extra 15 sit ups, an extra 0.5 mile on the treadmill.

What works for me though, might not work for you.

It might sound so wrong but beetroot juice is a far more natural supplement that will increase nitrogen levels in your blood which, in turn, does wonders for your focus and your cardiovascular performance. It'll probably take a strong stomach for that but it's worth a try before you move onto synthetic pre-workout formulas like NaNO vapor or NO Xplode.

Another thing is to keep working hard. The more and more you get into keeping fit, the less lethargic you will feel and the more you'll want to do.

              your mind..?

as these guys have voiced, almost any pre - workout suppliment that intends to enhance "focus" will contain caffine.

my suggestion would be to make sure you are warming up adequately before your hard working sets.

you might find that your brain gets its "motivation" in your warm up, if that's what its lacking.

if you really need it, try a coffee, as some of these guys have suggested.

it might not effect you now, depending on your age, but you'll probably find that how well you feel each day depends a good deal on the food you are eating
if you have a poor diet and consistently feel like garbage mentally and physically try cleaning up your eating habits

and if you are talking about boxing... tucking your chin and taking one on the forehead because you're lolly-gagging should wake you right up
i think you should be adequately motivated at this juncture to hit your opponent back

Rocky might work for some people. Personally, I just find it cheesy and cringe worthy.

Setting goals and being dedicated is always the best start. Siberian Ginseng & Quercetin can both help with focus and energy... but if your mind isn't in it, nothing will help

If it is motivation for boxing that you are looking for I recommend 3 full rounds of getting your ass kicked. Either that will motivate you or you better get out of the sport........... Rockin'
