        Hold on for a sec, no one covers 2.5 miles in 3 mins. There have been a few serious mistakes here in terms of running times!

          This guy doesnt know what he is talking about, after you run a mile in 3 minutes you should probably do like 500 push ups in about 2 minutes then sprint 5 miles in 10 minutes and finish it up with with 50 747 tosses.
