      just look at it this way. Water is the best natural source of liquid for your body. Breaks down the protiens and carbs in your food for you to use. Cheap, efficient, and good for you.

        but water aint enough. Ive drinkin only water and most times I feel tired, weak. Do I need like orange juice also?

          Make sure you have enough carbs before a workout for energy and get enough sleep to give the body time to restore itself and rest.
