    Does Drinkin Water help to Remove Fat???

    Sum kid told me tis/ He syas if you drink lots of water, you urinate some fat out. I was like "WOOOOOOOORD"? But I aint sho. Is tis true?

    I doubt it. But it does help you clean out your system and speed up your metabolism. You burn the fat a bit more and you piss out the bad stuff. But that's just what I think. I still highly doubt you'll be pissing out fat out of your ****.

        I read sumwhere that drinkin water alot helps keep yer skin healthy/toned too. I mean does it? And how you know yer skin is healthy in ta first place?

          no that is bull ****. drinking lots of water keeps you full so you dont eat so much when I train I eat hot sauce which makes me drink water, instead of eating a bag of chips.

              lol thats funny when i eat hot sauce it makes me wanna eat more. Anyway no water doesnt burn any fat for u, but it definitely helps ur body.

                bottom line is . sipping on water all day, will help u lose weight, 2 an extent, the rest is upto u.

                    water is a natural ingredient in the fat burning process. So, yes, if you drink alot of water it will help your body to burn fat.
