I can tell you know what you are doing in there, but to be honest you look very off-rhythm, sloppy etc but hey, like you said you are 20lbs from fight weight and haven't sparred since August. Keep with it and you will be back at your best.

exactly. i felt off and even notice it even more when i watch the vid. i see the mistakes i make. things like leaning forward are all because of conditioning and not using my legs. slapping my punches is from jsut not working on my technique. i just felt tight not lose and my rythm was off. yes everything will come together as i work on my condition and work with my coach. thanks for the comments i appreciate it

Yeah man exactly. Everyone has been there before after a layoff. I'm going to get put through a meat grinder next Thursday. My sparring partner from another gym is in heavy training for Nationals and needs sparring. I haven't really been training, but I told him I'd come in and help him out I'm going to get wiped out.

my trainer is killing me man im sore as ****. but this what i got to do to get back. the extra weight feels like an anchor but its all good. i mean the most technical experienced boxer has looked bad in sparring especially when first comming back. floyd vs spadafora for example lol
