Is that a ring in somebody's basement ? lol JK. The gym I go to looks like a old car shop or some ****. How many amateur fights have you had in your time of boxing ? I assume you are the one in the black shirt. Good stuff keep working. Nice head movement. I notice you started leaning more in the later rounds. Try not to. Well I'm always taught not to lean or stick your head out like that. Good luck on your fight coming up bro !

not bad...you seem to drop your head when you are on the attack, try to avoid that because a good experienced fighter will hit you with uppercuts all day.

you arent putting any legs into your body shots, especially the ones at the start. keep your right hand up, you got backed up a step, you pivoted off at an angle and your exposed side of your head was entirely open, a left hook would've connected cleanly. i noticed u were slapping the body a lot... keep the forearm stable throughout and smash into the body with your legs and hips.
i like your style when your right hand is out high... very effective. keep your rear hand turned inside, it will give your punch maximum power (loaded fully and ready to turn over for torque).
around 1:29... that head movement out of the way of the jab with a left pivot... if homie stepped in, maybe with a slight step right before you'd be cracked wide open. if u gonna angle with the hand down, cover the other side of your face to check any punches.

1:25... dog you didnt sit down on that left hand at all.. u gotta throw it out all the way, including the rear foot pivot.. theres no power behind a shot like that.

1:35... straight left to the body. u gotta get LOW first then throw, pivot off your rear foot and push with your legs for power. this is a good punch to use... your hook was more of a slap, turn the torque from your left into a bigger body shot. with a guy who isnt 6'9" u can turn that into a big right hook upstairs. more legs in the body shots, less slap.
what the **** are u doing circling with your hands down at 1:45? dog if you back out like that, both hands up. 1 hand blocking both sides is cool in the pocket if you know the rhythm... i think u should have both your hands up all the time, especially if youre rusty.

this is my last comment... your body work at 2:10 is useless without the legs behind it... you threw a single straight left at 2:02... looks like you're touching his head. you're not turning your punches over... your foot doesnt pivot... you might as well be touching his head.
good for looking for those body jabs... but stop backing out with your hands down. good job seeing those hooks coming and getting under them... but as others mentioned look out for uppercuts... very good job of ducking.
watch some winky wright and you will be very good.

i didnt watch it all but keep working. if u gonna be in the corner at 5:10... dont. if u find yourself in the corner, keep both hands up. if your back leg touches the ropes u gotta crunch down and fire MAD shots, watch some marquez. katsidis.. never do what u did at 5:41 sloppy ass dipping son... god damn use your legs more.
your style at 5:45 for dipping & looking was perfect... again watch winky wright. your style can be developed, more power... with your straight left make sure that rear shoulder comes up so your tucked chin is covered (similar to the jab) if u get what im trying to say... i donno. i could go on but im not.

thanks. i get everything you say and i agree. its my first time sparring in months im far from being in fighting shape and i know im off in technique form sparring. this is far from me at my best and my conditioning bottlenecks my technique. thanks for the comments i appreciate it. and will keep updated.
