shaky? wth does that even mean? shaky means scared and nerveous. im not shaky at all if you mean something else please elaborate. and you look at the vid as if im fighting a week after that training. i have 2 months to polish off my skills and get into shape. so relax. thats far from my best and far from me being ready to fight. if you have anything to critisize please say so like the other guys who did so. if not i dont need your remarks.

2 months is lots of time to prepare for a fight, you're just out of shape. 20 extra pounds is too much to be carrying around

that's a nice pug dog you have there

thanks alot yeah thats yokea hes like my best friend. your pug nice too in a year or 2 im goign to get another and i wanted a black one.

and yes the weight feels like an anchor. and not in best shape cause me to do things like lean forward more instead of using my legs. not consistantly sparring causing me to slap instead of punch. as well as not using more of my hips and legs to punch. it come back with weeks of pad work and sparring and conditioning.

you could tell this was your first sparring session you were both swinging wildly and you were tired from the get go i see a lot of clutch and grabbing with really no type of combinations being thrown from either of you but as you said this is your first time sparring give your selves some ample time to prepare for a fight
