Can I build bulk to my legs with a stationary bike?

    Have you tried foam rolling mate?

    I can't imagine a Bike being much of a Bulk builder.

    Also bare in mind that the amount of muscle you'll add will be determined by your diet. Even squats won't make your legs grow if you're not eating enough.

      Yes i have tried the foam roller. it worked a bit. I did it for 3 weeks straight and it help but didn't rid the pain totally . I do it before and after i exercise.

        Could be a torn meniscus. THis injury is quite common when doing a twisting motion of the leg with the supporting foot stationary.
