if your not motivated id lower your goals abit if not you will soon get pissed off cant be assed etc etc got build relativly slowly if you do abit of cardio and eat right the weight will drop off you then step it up once you know your 100% committed.

As for cardio I think the best way to go about it is say Mon, Wed, Fri do long distance running or 2 or 3 miles. Then on Tue. and Thurs. do interval training. Either sprints, running hills or whatever else.
And buy some protein also to have for a recovery drink.
